As a Senior Finance Analyst - M&A Integration, you’ll partner with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations stakeholders to lead end-to-end post-acquisition workstreams from Day 1 readiness through full synergy realization. This position reports into the VP - Finance Transformation & Technology and will be based in our Austin, TX office or remote. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of post-acquisition Finance integration workstreams, managing processes from Day 1 readiness through full operational synergy capture.
- Define and execute Finance integration roadmaps to align deal theses with day-to-day operational realities.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations teams to align integration timelines, track dependencies, and manage key deliverables.
- Analyze complex target company data across financial, operational, and organizational systems to identify integration priorities and monitor synergy realization.
- Build and maintain integration trackers, dashboards, and status reports to surface risks and blockers for executive review.
- Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and stand-ups to maintain workstream momentum and drive organizational accountability.
- Document operational processes, decisions, and key learnings to continuously evolve and scale the M&A integration playbook for future acquisitions.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a Master’s degree, or equivalent hands-on experience in M&A integration, corporate development, or finance transformation.
- Hands-on proficiency with financial systems and enterprise ERP platforms (such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar consolidation tools) alongside advanced Excel or SQL skills for reconciling complex data across disparate systems.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to synthesize complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated project management discipline with the organizational ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and drive cross-functional accountability without formal authority.
- Outstanding cross-functional communication skills with the ability to translate complex details between technical, financial, and executive stakeholders.

Base Pay Range:
90,400.00 - 124,300.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
