Our new colleague will be responsible for management accounting and reporting to local management and ING Head Office in line with IFRS, management accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Coordination and Standardization activities within the region

Cooperation in management reporting for CEE6 region with bigger focus on 3 countries

Preparation and validation of reports for management for respective countries

Analytical comments covering main trends and development on the income and balance sheet side

Regular and ad hoc analyses of the development of actuals in comparison with budget

Performing management reporting reconciliations and investigations

Cooperation in budgeting and forecasting

Cooperation with financial reporting team and accounting & tax team considering data quality and external audit

Active communication with local/regional management and other internal clients to supply them with necessary data and information for their daily work as well as strategic decisions

Proactive participation on Controlling and Finance related projects
Required Background
-
University degree – major in Finance and Accounting preferred
-
Experience in banking/finance at least 5 years
-
Professional knowledge: advanced knowledge of finance and financial / management accounting, knowledge of banking industry, products and accounting

Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
