Leidos has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Exploitation Specialist/Imagery Scientist (LIDAR) - to join our team in Springfield, VA.
Our ideal candidate will be able to develop innovative 3d tradecraft for customers. Review, report, and monitor value of newly released software suites. Develop viewshed and line of sight products for customers and mission partners. Conduct technology evaluations for 3d tools, software, systems, and data. Automate 3d data processing and analysis tasks. Plan and document field collection exercises. Develop and maintain documentation for knowledge sharing.
Basic Qualifications
Eight years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in image science, remote sensing, earth science, etc. 3+ years processing & exploiting LIDAR data. ArcGIS, QTModeler, ENVI.
Active Top Secret with SCI and willing to be approved to CI Poly
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency developing & delivering course materials (live & recorded).
MATLAB/IDL/similar.
ArcGIS.
Advanced degree.

Pay Range:Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
