We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced People Lead to oversee four high-performing teams within TS expertise managing Pricing Desk, Cash Advisory, Structuring, and Billing & Systems functions. This is a pivotal leadership role with direct impact on our commercial strategy and operational excellence.
The role reports to the WB Transaction Services and Financial Markets super circle lead.
The WB Transaction Services, Expertise team, play a critical role in delivering tailored financial solutions to corporate clients, ensuring competitive pricing strategies and seamless execution. By combining deep market expertise with client-centric insights, the team drives commercial value and strengthens long-term client relationships
You’ll be managing 20+ talented professionals, with a clear mandate to grow and evolve the team. You’ll work closely with the business, ensuring alignment between strategic goals and day-to-day execution, while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. This means engaging with the Product, Sales and Delivery domains on a regular basis. By using your unique position within the wholesale banking Transaction Services, you can successfully bring the collaboration of the business closer and have in depth understanding of the organization.
You work collaboratively with stakeholders globally and locally to ensure our processes are effective and efficient and provide insightful and strategic advice on how to support our teams taking a long-term, sustainable approach.

Areas of responsibilities:
🔸 Lead & Inspire
- Provide hands-on leadership across four teams, ensuring clarity of purpose, strong engagement, and high performance
- Coach and develop team members, enabling growth and career progression
- Champion a collaborative, inclusive, and feedback-driven culture
- Navigate teams throughout changing environment, empower colleagues to be active participants, drivers of the change implementation process. Drive proactive approach and can-do attitude, encourage utilization of knowledge and experience in the transformation and continuous improvement process.

🔸 Drive Operational Excellence
- Oversee and enhance Pricing Desk policies for Payment cash management end to end, ensuring compliance and commercial effectiveness
- Support and improve Cash Advisory and Structuring processes, aligning with client needs and market developments
- Own Billing and Systems workflows, driving automation and efficiency
- Monitor performance of professional services delivered to secure these are in line with location strategy.
🔸 Be Close to the Business
- Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders across, Sales, Product and Delivery
- Co-create the organization’s strategy and execute daily on activities and plans to bring the strategy to life;
- Translate business needs into team priorities and operational plans
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively address gaps
🔸 Lead Change & Projects
- Manage global and cross-functional projects with a focus on scalability and innovation
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, including team expansion and process transformation
- Ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
Who You Are
A seasoned leader with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (20+ people)
Deep understanding of Pricing Desk policies, Cash Advisory, Structuring, and Billing systems
Strong business acumen and a mature, pragmatic approach to problem-solving
Proven project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives
Excellent communicator, able to influence and build trust across all levels
Passionate about people development and organizational growth
Good understanding of banking products like payment cash management and trade finance.

Education and Experience:
- University degree
- 10+ years’ relevant experience, particularly in the area of Wholesale Banking or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in leading teams
- Ability to navigate the complexity of a multinational, matrix organization to enable business success
- Understanding of the local labour market and competitive landscape
- Fluent in English (C1)
Wage (gross) 3.443 EUR/month
