As part of a global organization, you will help protect and strengthen our OT landscape and contribute to the security of production environments that support our mission of Simplifying Progress. In this role, you will work closely with IT, engineering and production teams to advance our OT security capabilities and support resilient operations worldwide.
This position is available for full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our site in Madrid (Spain) or Tunis (Tunisia) with the opportunity to work some days remotely.
Grow With Us – Your Responsibilities
Develop, implement and continuously improve OT security concepts, architectures and standards across global environments
Take ownership of the OT vulnerability management lifecycle, including identification, assessment, prioritization and remediation tracking of vulnerabilities in OT environments
Perform vulnerability assessments and risk analyses for industrial systems (e.g. ICS, SCADA, IoT) and define mitigation strategies aligned with operational constraints
Establish and enhance processes for continuous vulnerability monitoring and remediation in close collaboration with production and engineering teams
Support the integration of OT systems into existing IT security frameworks and monitoring capabilities Collaborate with SOC teams to ensure effective monitoring, detection and response for OT-related security incidents
Act as a central interface between IT security, OT engineering and production teams to align security requirements and operational needs
Support incident response activities, including investigation, containment and remediation of OT-related threats
Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards and frameworks (e.g. IEC 62443, NIS2, ISO 27001)
Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners and contribute to the evaluation and implementation of OT security solutions
Document security architectures, processes and implemented controls to ensure transparency and audit readiness
What Will Convince Us
You have successfully completed a degree in information technology, cybersecurity, engineering or a comparable field
This is complemented by several years of professional experience in IT security, ideally with a focus on OT / industrial environments
Strong knowledge of network technologies and protocols across IT and OT environments
Experience with industrial systems such as ICS and SCADA as well as OT-specific security challenges
Hands-on experience with security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection and network segmentation solutions
Familiarity with OT security platforms (e.g. Claroty, Nozomi, Microsoft Defender for IoT) is a strong advantage
Understanding of security frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g. IEC 62443, NIS2, ISO standards)
Experience in incident response and vulnerability management is a plus
Strong communication skills and the ability to make technical concepts understandable to non-technical stakeholders characterize you
Independent work styl, manage tasks effectively and alignment of activities with overall security strategies
A hands-on mentality combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
