The primary responsibilities of this role include –
1. 3+ years of prior experience in Accounts pyable/P2P
2. Good Excel skills. Hands on experience on MS office applications
3. Good Knowledge in MIS
4. Good knowledge of Power BI tools and Dashboard Reporting
5. Comprehension skills – should be able to read, interpret business documents
6. Responsible for preparation of performance dashboard and reporting
7. Good communication & business writing skills. Ability to liaison with multiple departments
8. Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures
9. Fundamental knowledge of end to end P2P cycle must be strong
10. Analyse and research all discrepancies/ open items and resolve any queries relating to reconciliations/ balancing, provide back-up for all discrepancies
11. Good knowledge of daily, weekly & monthly reporting
12. Ensure company policies, processes and procedures are clearly defined, updated and documented
13. Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including vendors, facilities and colleagues
14. Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with the SLA and Internal standards are met

Bachelor Degree or Post Graduate Degree 3 - 8 years
Skills Required
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end P2P cycle
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of MIS and Power BI dashboard reporting
- Experience preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports and performance dashboards
- Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies, open items, reconciliations, and balancing queries
