The primary responsibilities of this role include –
1. 3+ years of prior experience in Accounts Payable/P2P
2. Good Excel skills. Hands on experience on MS office applications
3. Good Knowledge in MIS
4. Good knowledge of Power BI tools and Dashboard Reporting
5. Comprehension skills – should be able to read, interpret onshore e-mails
6. Good communication & business writing skills. Ability to liaison with multiple departments
7. Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures
8. Fundamental knowledge of end to end P2P cycle must be strong
9. Analyse and research all discrepancies/ open items and resolve any queries relating to reconciliations/ balancing, provide back-up for all discrepancies
10. Good knowledge of daily, weekly & monthly reporting
11. Ensure company policies, processes and procedures are clearly defined, updated and documented
12. Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including vendors, facilities and colleagues
13. Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with the SLA and Internal standards are met
14. Responsible for managing Onshore stake holder

Bachelor Degree or Post Graduate Degree 3 - 8 years
Skills Required
