SEO elements.
- Support A/B testing initiatives and
implement UX and SEO recommendations to improve organic visibility and
conversion performance.
- Monitor website health, Core Web
Vitals, and accessibility standards while coordinating with internal teams
and SEO partners on optimisation initiatives.
- Track website performance using
Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Microsoft
Clarity, and other reporting tools.
- Monitor key website metrics including
traffic, engagement, conversions, bounce rate, campaign performance, and
user behaviour.
- Prepare regular performance reports
and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Ensure campaign tracking, tagging,
and measurement are implemented accurately.
- Coordinate with developers, agencies,
and technology partners for website enhancements, issue resolution,
releases, and feature deployments.
- Support CMS administration,
troubleshoot website issues, and ensure website security, uptime, and
compliance.
- Perform end-to-end QA for all website
updates, testing functionality, responsiveness, forms, customer journeys,
integrations, and checkout flows across desktop, tablet, and mobile
devices.
- Escalate and resolve issues promptly
to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with CMS
platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud,
or similar.
- Strong understanding of HTML and CSS;
working knowledge of JavaScript is an advantage.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4,
Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, and SEO
tools.
- Good understanding of website
performance optimisation, UX principles, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving,
project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail with the
ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
