Business Title: Senior Executive - Ultralogistic
Location: Mumbai HO
As Ultralogistics Executive, one will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods throughout the supply chain through placement of trucks needed for Primary and DD dispatches. This has to be achieved in the most efficient and optimized cost
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with factories, branch, transporters and other business partners to ensure timely delivery of products and materials at right service, costs, safety and quality. · Develop and implement transportation strategies to minimize costs and improve efficiency. · Manage and oversee logistics personnel and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. · Analyse logistics data and provide recommendations for process improvements. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products to DCs or customers. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. · Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for logistics and transportation. · Develop and implement logistics plans, budgets, and policies. · Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on logistics performance and trends. · Ensure 100% safety compliance across the E2E value chain · Review opportunities to drive digital and sustainability initiatives in Logistics
Experience Required:
· 5-10years of experience in logistics, transportation, or inventory management. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. · Knowledge of logistics software and systems. · Knowledge of regulatory requirements for logistics and transportation. · Experience in FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
Qualification & Skills Required:
· Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. · Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work well in a team environment.
