About the role :
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all transport activities, including vehicle routing, scheduling, and fleet management.
Optimize transport routes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
Monitor daily transport operations, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
Liaise with drivers, vendors, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
Manage transport-related documentation, reports, and records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align transport logistics with broader business objectives.
About you:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in transport operations, preferably in real estate or related industries.
Proven expertise in route planning, fleet management, and transport logistics and strong knowledge of transport regulations and safety standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficient in transport management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
