Job Summary
The Sr. Executive-Transport is responsible for managing day-to-day transport operations at Bengaluru client location, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective transportation services for employees, visitors, and business operations. The role includes vendor coordination, route planning, fleet monitoring, compliance management, and ensuring smooth transport operations in line with organizational and client requirements.
Closely coordinate with internal stakeholders, transport vendors, drivers, and facility teams to maintain high service standards, operational efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily transport operations and ensure smooth employee movement
- Coordinate with transport vendors for vehicle deployment and manpower availability
- Monitor vehicle utilization, trip schedules, routing, and shift planning
- Ensure adherence to transport safety standards and statutory compliance
- Track transport-related MIS reports, attendance, trip sheets, and billing validation
- Handle employee transport escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor driver behavior, grooming, documentation, and discipline
- Ensure GPS tracking, vehicle maintenance, and periodic inspections are conducted
- Coordinate emergency transport support during business-critical situations
- Support cost optimization and transport process improvement initiatives
- Maintain proper records of vehicle permits, insurance, PUC, and compliance documents
