In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at FGV Johor Bulkers Sdn BhdJob Description
- To monitor the implementation of various management system under TQM so that each comply to their standard requirement.
- To compile, monitor and report to management the achievement of system’s objectives and targets.
- To coordinate the TQM related audit (internal, external or vendor audit) To prepare and review audit report and to ensure proper closure of corrective action raised.
- To communicate with interested parties to manage any related complaints or feedback.
- To arrange management review meeting for management system under TQM.
- To monitor and ensure the effective documentation control To perform verification exercise e.g. internal audit within the management systems to ensure effective implementation.
- To coordinate and conduct the TQM related awareness/refresher training.
- To ensure compliance to environmental legislative regulations for FJB Group of companies, e.g. scheduled waste management.
- To perform duties as Halal Executive for FJB Group of companies (if required).
- To lead the TQM unit in implementing the TQM related audit and its scheduled program.
