Senior Executive ‐ Technical
(BASED AT DEHIWALA)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resource Allocation and Optimization Together with senior management, ensure all mechanisms are in place to identify, develop and sustain talent within the respective plans, whilst closely monitoring all our resources required (Machine, Method) to efficiency and effectively achieve key milestones.
- Conduct /attend relevant technical meetings; by emphasizing new product manufacturability, possible risk factors and all other technical challenges as to ensure timely solutions are given for new product introduction process.
Diligently follow through and ensure adhere to organizational standards and warehouse processes/ procedures such as STW / SOPs to support the achievement of business objectives in an efficient manner.
Constantly look at the Technical Skill gaps of all sample room members product mix and drive training initiatives to fulfil identified skill gaps.
- Engage with technical team on Customer interface team on finding solutions to product related issues at sampling process and keep the records for product integration processes with Manufacturing plants.
- Contribute to factory engagement points (DRA, PDRA, FI) by providing accurate product related information and timely follow up on agreed actions.
- Monitor the Critical Path flow and get the necessary details on time to meet the product development process.
- Drive required Performance improvement projects and use MOS principals in day to day activities to ensure that the technical team members are aligned to the Lean Manufacturing Principals practiced as Organizational standards.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree / diploma in textile & Clothing degree.
- 3 – 4 years of experience in the similar capacity.
- Good communication, Coordination skills.
