KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in maintaining positive workplace relationships by supporting communication, resolving minor concerns, and promoting a collaborative environment.
- Support HR initiatives such as training coordination, employee engagement activities, and documentation to enhance workforce development.
- Contribute to programs that empower women and promote social responsibility, including organizing events and supporting related projects.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic work environment.
