Senior Executive - Sustainability & Compliance

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain Compliance, H&S Standards as per law & customer requirements
- Conduct internal audits and update the management on required areas
- Coordinate the audit process with the auditors to better the audit process
- Coordinate sub contract facilities for compliance requirements and conduct audits
- Conduct internal trainings for upgrade H&S and compliance standards
- Support other department functions
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Graduate in Science, Business management or relevant field
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory requirements in Sri Lanka
- Understanding of international compliance standards (Buyer Codes of Conduct, Social Compliance, C-TPAT)
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability frameworks
- Familiarity with standards such as: WRAP, Better Work, ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Experience in Conducting internal compliance audits
- Awareness of health & safety standards in manufacturing environments
Skills Required
