Executive ‐ Data Analytics

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse data using statistical techniques, interpret results and provide analysis for ongoing reports in order to make informed decisions.
- Develop & implement data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Collect, filter, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Acquire data from primary/secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems so that required data is available on-time.
- Collaborate with other functions in order to provide predictable analysis in identified areas.
- Communicate with internal and external parties in order to schedule FD Reviews and share and follow up the meeting minutes with the attendees.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to fully understand and resolve service issues.
- SLAs / KPIs / BOIs / Volumes – Setting the framework/baselining/reporting/monitoring
- Launching customer satisfaction surveys and analyzing the results to come up with relevant actions to be taken to improve the same.
Knowledge and Skills
- Degree in Statistics, Finance or Computer Science.
- 1.5 - 3 years of work experience in operations.
- Analytical mind with high learning agility.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
- Experience visualizing/presenting data using Power BI tools.
