Job Title: Senior Executive – Supply Chain & Logistics

About the role: (TE)
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and shipping.
- Develop and implement efficient warehousing processes and procedures.
- Co-ordination with Finance Team , follow-up with CHA, Freight Forwarder & Shipping Agents / Vendor Reconciliation for smooth operation.
- Coordinating with Planning team, Commercial team for the documentation, allocation etc.
- Timely payment of Custom Duty & Interest.
- Prepare MIS daily / monthly / annual reports and store relevant documentation for future reference.
Inventory Control:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records through regular audits and Stock verification.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts.
Implement best practices for inventory management and stock rotation
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Manage the handling and storage of hazardous materials (Imported Bulk Scotch and BIO).
Budget Management:
- Assist in the preparation and management of the warehouse & Inventory budget.
- Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- PO creation of all the vendor payments & tracking of the same against the provision.
- Every month end cost provision to be prepared.
Technology and Systems:
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement new technologies as appropriate.
Experience / skills required:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in handling the bonded WH. Experience of custom processes.
