About the role:
- Manage day-to-day operations of soft services including housekeeping, security, catering, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and front office reception.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services & handle vendor contracts, negotiate terms, and manage service level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with internal departments to address specific soft service requirements and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain records related to soft service activities, expenditures, and vendor performance & support budget planning and monitor expenses related to soft services.
- Lead, train, and supervise the soft services team to ensure effective execution of responsibilities.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in managing soft services within corporate, hospitality, or facilities management environments.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to soft services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
