Job Description Summary

The Senior Executive - Soft Services will oversee and manage the delivery of non-technical, people-centric services within the organization, ensuring a high standard of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating cleaning, security, hospitality, and other support services to maintain a safe, comfortable, and professional workplace environment.

Job Description

About the role:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of soft services including housekeeping, security, catering, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and front office reception.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services & handle vendor contracts, negotiate terms, and manage service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address specific soft service requirements and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain records related to soft service activities, expenditures, and vendor performance & support budget planning and monitor expenses related to soft services.
  • Lead, train, and supervise the soft services team to ensure effective execution of responsibilities.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in managing soft services within corporate, hospitality, or facilities management environments.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to soft services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
