  • Requirements
  • 8–15 years of total sales experience, with at least 4–6 years in EdTech or education solutions sales.

  • Proven track record in enterprise/B2B sales with successful closure of high-value deals.

  • Experience selling to enterprises, corporates, universities, or training institutions.

  • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.

  • Prior experience in the UAE/GCC market is highly desirable.

  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.

  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex enterprise deals.

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

  • MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
