Drive enterprise sales for EdTech products and solutions across UAE and GCC markets.
Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term partnerships with universities, training institutes, and corporate learning teams.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise/B2B opportunities.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in educational institutions and corporates.
Execute a consultative sales approach to understand client learning needs and propose suitable solutions.
Expand market presence and brand visibility in the Middle East region.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close high-value enterprise deals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for clients.
Track sales performance and provide regular reports on pipeline, forecasts, and closures.
Requirements
8–15 years of total sales experience, with at least 4–6 years in EdTech or education solutions sales.
Proven track record in enterprise/B2B sales with successful closure of high-value deals.
Experience selling to enterprises, corporates, universities, or training institutions.
Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.
Prior experience in the UAE/GCC market is highly desirable.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex enterprise deals.
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
