**This role is in office based, 5 days per week, at our Midtown Atlanta Global Headquarters**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive Recruiter to join our Executive Search team. This on-site role will be responsible for delivering a world-class candidate experience for executive-level talent, while also leading end-to-end executive search efforts. You will partner closely with senior leadership to develop and execute executive-level recruitment strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and lead complex negotiations.

 

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic executive search plans to attract director-level and above talent.

Collaborate with the executive leadership team to understand business needs and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition strategies.

Build and maintain strong pipelines of leadership candidates through proactive talent mapping and market research.

Manage the end-to-end executive recruitment process, including sourcing, assessing, and presenting top candidates.

Provide an exceptional on-site candidate experience for executive-level candidates, ensuring seamless interview logistics and a positive impression of NCR Voyix.

Negotiate complex offers and lead executive-level closing strategies.

Partner with external search firms when appropriate, managing the relationship to ensure alignment with NCR Voyix’s goals.

Provide market intelligence, insights, and competitive analysis to inform recruitment decisions.

 

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in executive recruiting, with a focus on director-level and above talent.

Prior experience at an executive search firm or in a corporate executive recruiting function is required.

Experience within technology and SaaS companies is strongly preferred.

Proven track record of successfully partnering with executive leadership to drive hiring strategies.

Strong talent mapping and market research expertise.

Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.

Ability to manage multiple executive-level searches simultaneously with professionalism and discretion.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

**The target base salary for this role is $90k - $100k**
