We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to monitor the production process, highlight deviations and ensure the required raw materials are available in a timely manner to achieve production targets facilitating order fulfilment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare the RM and accessories stability report on a weekly basis and circulate same amongst relevant personals.
- Attend to day to day RM availability issues.
- Schedule and Conduct internal preproduction meetings, identify and solve issues to facilitate a smooth production process.
- Ensure strict adherence to organizational standards/ practices such as MOS, SOPs, Compliance standards, health and safety and 5S within the team.
- Prepare the plan for embellishments by considering customer requirements, availability of fabric and plant capacity, whilst adjusting plans according to business needs in order to meet.
- Monitor status of embellishment plants in order to ensure achievement of planned output whilst, following up and analyzing deviations from the plan and highlighting issues to relevant parties in order to take corrective measures.
- Participate at preproduction and Planning meetings in order to discuss style development and share information with internal teams.
- Coordinate with the SS team with to get the Trims & the Relevant material for Autonomation Solution.
- Resolve any issues related to Sewing, checking the weekly capacity plans, taking follow-up action in cases of revisions, discussing requirements for cross development.
- Ensure compliance with the defined governance framework including upholding the MAS DNA, following, group/company polices procedures, best practices (where the group/company policies and procedures are not defined), relevant laws regulations and undertake every necessary action to comply with the governance framework.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, Applied Sciences, or a related field.
- 3 – 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Good Negotiation and Communication skills.
