Inbound & Outbound Planning
Manage Process & Planning of outbound with the warehouse for across channel (B2B&B2C)
Manage Headhouse at warehouse to support the volume and warehouse productivity for all channels
Responsible for Outbound orders (DN) across channel on time and accuracy (within D + 2 after receiving order confirmation) & interface data
Follow up the status of outbound orders before delivery date to ensure the warehouse completes outbound orders and delivers on time
Manage and planning for the Return Process (B2B&B2C)
Monitor stock transfer across of channel
Monitor the stock at DC (in Retail, WS, Ecom, Buffer locations) Minimizing the storage at DC to help save cost of company
Follow up regularly wholesale team to push their customers to take the stock of pre-order
Manage Transportation with warehouse for B2B channel
Other
Manage warehouse to improve & maintain outbound process such as received on time and packing quality to meet our required standard
Manage and reduce the discrepancy outbound volume
Buying & control the consumable stock at warehouse

Non – Merchandise stock report
Degree in Business, Accounting, Commerce or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Production Planning, Supply Chain, Planning, Merchandising, or related functions
Preferred Industry: FMCG, Retail, Wholesale, Production
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite
SAP experience highly regarded
Power BI exposure beneficial
Business-level proficiency in English
