Senior Executive ‐ Industrial Systems Engineering - Operations

Responsibilities
- Participate at the Style briefing to gather/understand relevant details with regard to new
styles. - Estimate the machine requirement one month prior to the PSD and give details to the maintenance team in a timely manner.
- Participate at the planning meeting and provide necessary feedback on style loading.
- Identify best handling methods by working withthe method lab whilst also, identifying the best work place arrangements for operations.
- Gather relevant data and calculate Standard Minute Values on GSD.
- Prepare operations breakdowns and manpower requirements whilst, communicating same to production thereby, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of same.
- Compare operations breakdown with the breakdown sent by PDC and clarify any differences.
- Prepare feeding plan based on the fast react plan.
- Prepare documentation such as the QCO Report, FIF updates.
- Update KPI boards in an accurate and timely manner.
- Conduct Machine option audits in order to improve machine option usage.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma from a textile institute or other relevant qualification.
- 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
- Knowledge on GSD.
- Good Analytical skills.
- Knowledge in health and safety standards
