The HR Executive is responsible for providing efficient
HR operations and administrative support to employees across PAN India locations.
The role ensures the smooth execution of the employee lifecycle, HR administration,
HRMS support, statutory compliance coordination, and employee engagement initiatives,
thereby enabling seamless business operations and a positive employee experience.
ResponsibilitiesHR Operations
Coordinate and ensure timely completion of employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
Facilitate post-joining documentation and ensure completion of confirmation processes within defined timelines.
Maintain and update employee records and organizational data on MyPort and other HR systems.
Maintain updated employee personnel files (hardcopy and digital).
Payroll Linked : Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and regularization requests through the HRMS portal.
Gratuity records and processing : As per the TAT and accurately.
Employee Reward and Recognition initiative coordination for Area India.
Recruitment : Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers via HRMS portal.
Training : Coordinate execution and maintain database for Training activities.
HRMS & Employee Support
Provide first-level support to employees on HRMS and other HR applications.
Resolve employee queries related to leave, attendance, personal information updates, and HRMS transactions.
Ensure timely approvals and follow-up for HRMS related workflows.
Statutory Compliance Coordination
Coordinate Provident Fund (PF), LWF and Professional Tax (PT) related activities with internal stakeholders and external appointed consultant.
Handle employee queries related to PF and support documentation requirements.
Ensure timely processing and approvals for all statutory regulations.
Support compliance documentation and maintain statutory records and archives as required.
Ensure HR documentation are archived for audits and compliance.
Ensure actuarial valuation for leave and gratuity is managed within the TAT.
HR Administration
Coordinate with vendors for HR and administrative requirements.
Liaise with the Finance team to facilitate timely processing of vendor invoices and payments.
Coordinate procurement and distribution of employee gifts, welcome kits, and other HR-related materials.
Maintain records of HR administrative activities and vendor coordination.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Coordinate PAN India employee engagement initiatives and ensure consistent execution across all locations.
Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and team-building events.
Distribution of gifts for festivals, milestones, and special occasions.
Support the implementation of Culture Club activities to foster employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Coordination, or HR Administration.
Experience working with HRMS platforms, preferably Oracle, Ramco, will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance (PF, PT, etc.) is preferred.
Expert Understanding of HR and Admin Requirement
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Good with MS and HRMS applications
Able to integrate AI with day-to-day tasks

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Coordination, or HR Administration
- Experience working with HRMS platforms
- Experience with Oracle and Ramco HRMS
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance (PF, PT, etc.)
- Expert understanding of HR and administrative requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
