Key Responsibilities

Most of your time will be spent driving impact through:

    • Backend Recruitment Processing 
      • Manage backend recruitment processing in Workday, including offer letter generation and related onboarding tasks. 
      • Coordinate e-stamping for signed offer letter 
      • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of all offer and onboarding documentation and workflows.
    • Workday System
      • Execute bulk updates in Workday based on requests from HR Business Partner. 
      • Provide support and guidance to HR Business Partners when required. 
      • Ensure data integrity and accuracy on Workday. 
    • Audit Support 
      • Support internal and external audit requirements by preparing and retrieving necessary HR documentations. 
      • Ensure HR records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
    • Continuous Improvement 
      • Identify gaps for process improvements and workflows. 
      • Support automation and efficiency initiatives. 
Key Competencies & Skills
  • Hands-on experience with payroll and HRIS systems (preferably Workday).
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting, and data analysis.
  • High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive data.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and process compliance.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

RequirementsQualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of payroll experience.

Skills Required
