Most of your time will be spent driving impact through:
- Backend Recruitment Processing
- Manage backend recruitment processing in Workday, including offer letter generation and related onboarding tasks.
- Coordinate e-stamping for signed offer letter
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of all offer and onboarding documentation and workflows.
- Workday System
- Execute bulk updates in Workday based on requests from HR Business Partner.
- Provide support and guidance to HR Business Partners when required.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy on Workday.
- Audit Support
- Support internal and external audit requirements by preparing and retrieving necessary HR documentations.
- Ensure HR records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify gaps for process improvements and workflows.
- Support automation and efficiency initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with payroll and HRIS systems (preferably Workday).
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting, and data analysis.
- High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive data.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and process compliance.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
RequirementsQualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of payroll experience.
