ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Join our growing manufacturing team in Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia! We're seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Senior Executive, HR to ensure our operations meet stringent local and international standards for human resources.
The position function focuses on driving operational excellence in Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, foreign worker management, and shop floor hiring.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
L&OD Management:
Execute site annual training roadmap based on organizational needs and competency gap analysis.
Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with external training vendors, develop internal training capabilities for knowledge sharing.
Track training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms.
C&B Management:
To analyze the compensation and benefits structure of the Company to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments and to participate in Employee Benefit Review exercise.
To review and manage salary structure, job analysis and evaluation, job grading, compensation and benefits surveys and compensation programs to align to Company’s reward and retention strategy.
To work closely with payroll providers to administer monthly salary administration and payroll processes accurately and timely.
Foreign Worker Management:
Act as the primary point of contract for all matters related to expatriate and foreign national employees.
Manage end-to-end work permit, visa, and residence permit applications and renewals in compliance with local immigration laws.
Liaise with agencies and immigration offices to stay updated on policy changes affecting foreign employment.
Shop Floor Workers Hiring:
Partner with department heads to conduct workforce planning and create accurate job descriptions.
Conduct interviews, coordinate assessment centers, and manage the offer negotiation and closing process.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience:
Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in human resources.
Knowledge: Good knowledge of Employment Act 1955 and statutory requirement and law.
Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and develop effective solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams, external and internal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Attributes:
High level of integrity, ethics, and attention to detail.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing regulatory landscapes.
