Summary

To simply work, like magic. Therefore it’s critical to ensure our customer journey is relevant, driving demand through implementation of marketing technologies.
We are looking for someone enthusiastic and resilient. As a Growth Marketing, Senior Executive, Regional, you will work with a team of 3-4 based out of our office in Wisma Capital A, Damansara Heights, KL. You will be expected to be performing this role on a Full-Time basis. The role reports to the Head of Demand Generation, Regional.

A DAY IN A LIFE
As a start-up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

  • Paid Ads Expertise: Develop, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook, Instagram). Ensure alignment of campaigns with the company’s growth objectives and track performance to maximise ROI.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, create, and continuously refine paid ad campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Cross-Channel Optimisation: Leverage a multi-channel approach to refine targeting, retargeting, and remarketing strategies, ensuring high-quality leads and increased conversions.
  • Performance Reporting & Analytics: Track and analyse campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA) and provide actionable insights to optimise and scale campaigns. Present data-driven reports and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
  • Close Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work in tandem with the marketing team, including Content Marketing, Brand, PR & Communications, to ensure integrated marketing efforts and smooth lead transition
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Engage with external departments such as regional and local market stakeholders, Operations, and the Product team to align business strategies.

SKILLS
These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:

  • Language Skills: High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Paid Media Expertise: Solid experience in managing performance marketing campaigns, particularly paid ads on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn, with a focus on driving measurable results (traffic, conversions, ROI).
  • B2B Marketing Experience: A solid foundation in B2B marketing principles, especially in the context of demand generation and targeting business decision-makers.
  • Data & Analytics Proficiency: Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimise campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
  • Growth Marketing Mindset: Deep understanding of growth marketing strategies with hands-on experience in digital channels, lead generation, and performance analysis.
  • Adaptability and Timeliness: Ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to changes in demand generation trends and strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and strategy communication.
  • Critical and Analytical Thinking: Necessary for developing and optimising CRM strategies that support demand generation objectives.

These are skills that are ‘nice-to-have’ and will make you stand out in the job application:

  • Language Skills: High proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin, both written and verbal.
  • ABM Strategy Proficiency: Proficiency in Account-based Marketing strategies and execution, valuable for targeted demand generation.
  • Technical Savvy: Familiarity with marketing technologies and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and automation tools like Zapier. Ability to work with data integration and reporting platforms.
  • Web Development and Digital Tech Familiarity: Familiarity with these areas to integrate and optimise digital tools for demand generation.
  • Innovative Marketing Strategies: Demonstrated ability to apply innovative approaches to marketing strategy, enhancing demand generation.
