Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Senior Marketing Executive specializing in Social Media and Performance to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement, as well as managing performance marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion. The Senior Marketing Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives and contribute to the growth and success of the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative assets, such as graphics, videos, and copy, for social media content.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing and performance advertising.
  • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on social media and performance marketing performance, insights, and recommendations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Proficiency in performance marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing trends.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
