Job Description

Senior Executive-GEECThe incumbent will be responsible for supporting HR audits, reporting, and process quality initiatives within GEEC. This role focuses on data accuracy, compliance monitoring, and automation of MIS dashboards to ensure seamless delivery of HR services globally.

KEY STAKEHOLDERS: INTERNAL

GEEC HR team, HRIT, Analytics team, Site HR teams

KEY STAKEHOLDERS: EXTERNAL

Service providers, auditors (for compliance and verification)

REPORTING STRUCTURE:

The incumbent will report to Deputy Chief Manager – HR, GEEC

QUALIFICATION:

·Bachelor’s degree in engineering, HR Technology, Data Analytics, or related field

EXPERIENCE:

·3–5 years of experience in HR MIS, reporting, audits, or quality management

·Hands-on exposure to HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM)

·Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI

·Knowledge of compliance frameworks and audit processes preferred

·Experience in financial reporting, cost tracking, and budget compliance

·Implementing and managing HR technology solutions like chatbots, portals, or MIS tools

·Analytical Skills: Strong data handling, reporting, and visualization capabilities

·Compliance Orientation: Understanding of HR policies, audit requirements, and data protection basics

·Quality Focus: Detail-oriented with commitment to error-free process delivery

·Collaboration: Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders

KEY ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIES

MIS & Reporting

Develop, maintain, and update HR MIS reports and dashboards.

•Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data inputs across HR systems.

•Support automation initiatives to reduce manual reporting and improve visualization.

•Provide data extracts and analysis for audits, compliance reviews, and leadership reporting.

Audit Support & Compliance

•Assist in conducting HR process audits across onboarding, operations, payroll, benefits, and exits.

•Prepare audit documentation and ensure compliance with HR policies and global standards.

•Track corrective actions and support implementation of compliance measures.

Quality & Process Excellence

•Monitor HR processes against defined SLAs and quality benchmarks.

•Conduct root-cause analysis for errors and support corrective action plans.

•Maintain SOPs, checklists, and process documentation to ensure consistency.

•Collaborate with HRIT and analytics teams to enhance system workflows and reduce manual dependencies.

Data Governance

•Ensure accuracy, consistence of employee data within HRMS.

•Validate data entries across employee life cycle processes to maintain compliance with HR policies and standards.

•Monitor data quality by conducting periodic checks and audits.

•Maintain master data records and ensure proper version control.

•Collaborate with HRIT teams to strengthen data governance frameworks.

Position Management

Ensure positions in HRMS as per the approved budgets, and adequate controls are deployed effectively for any org structure changes

Skills Required
