- Financial Processing:
- Post journals and perform reconciliations for assigned properties.
- Process invoices (PO and non-PO) and manage payables.
- Reporting:
- Prepare monthly reporting packs and complete quarterly reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all submissions.
- Cash Flow Management:
- Handle simple cash flow activities and monitor property-level transactions.
- Client Interaction:
- Act as the first point of contact for transactional queries.
- Maintain professional communication and escalate complex issues to MA/SMA.
- Compliance & Controls:
- Support audit readiness and documentation requirements.
