As a Guru you will be accountable for:

• Developing and executing marketing strategies for events that align with the company’s brand objectives and drive attendee engagement.

• Planning and managing the logistics and operations of events, including coordination with vendors, venue management, and on-site event execution.

• Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns to promote events through various channels such as social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.

• Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure event messaging and objectives are aligned with overall business goals.

• Analysing event performance metrics and gathering feedback to evaluate the success of events, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements for future events.

• Managing event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maximizing return on investment for all event-related expenditures.

• Coordinating the creation of event collateral, including promotional materials, event programs, and post-event reports, to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

We're looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience in events marketing or event management, with a strong track record of successfully planning and executing events.

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously and manage all aspects of event logistics and execution.

• Strong marketing skills, including experience with digital marketing, social media, and email marketing to drive event promotion and attendance.

• Strong analytical skills, with experience in measuring event performance and using data to drive decision-making and improvements.

• Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges and ensure successful event outcomes.
