Senior Executive - E-Commerce, Digital Experience & Webmaster - Corporate Office

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrate the digital platforms for the Group, ensuring consistency across all websites and booking engine in terms of content, user experience and operation efficiency, compliance with law
- Support day-to-day website maintenance, content update, booking engine, and development including edit, proofread and improve content created by properties and content authors
- Work closely with LHG corporate departments to support required website updates and additions related to their respective departments
- Support new hotels onboarding on setting up online channels, website and booking engine
- Support the Manager – E-Commerce, Digital Experience & Webmaster on developing and maintaining website content guideline
- Support in trainings to empower property users in various digital platforms
- Conduct website analytics and reports for monitoring and website’s efficiency enhancement
- Support ongoing website optimisation with SEO initiatives with a shared goal to drive website organic traffic
- Support ongoing website creation and enhancement projects on requirement gathering, extensive user testing and implementation
- Report vendor performance and support collaboration framework, including SLA, SOP
- Support online global sales campaigns and ongoing promotional initiatives to drive online revenue to LHG.com
- Assist with other duties as assigned by department head and line manager
- Support the Manager – E-Commerce, Digital Experience & Webmaster as the product owner of websites under LHG portfolio and responsible for raising features to enhance digital experience and production.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, E-Commerce or related subjects
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in E-Commerce or digital marketing
- Knowledge and hands-on experience content management strategy and systems, common web programming languages and other web development and publishing tools will be a definite asset
- Polished interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent, detailed-oriented and demonstrate a can-do spirit
- Excellent skills in written and verbal communications, along with strong abilities with all MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- A committed team player, responsible, self-driven individual with confident and outgoing personality
- Good command of English and Chinese, and Mandarin
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Knowledge of SEO, website traffic metrics and analytics tool (Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics) is an advantage
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, javascript and UX research is an advantage
