Key Responsibilities:
To arrange transportation service by matching service order with trucks and relative assets
To utilize trucks and relative assets to maximize asset utilization and target of truck utilization is 15,500 Kms/truck/month
To minimize NPD (Non Performance Distance) of transportation operation.
To control transportation operation to be perform smoothly with the lowest freight and other expenses due to failure in on time container delivery and target is 0 case of Ship Shut-out.

Strictly comply with HSSE policy, regulation, standard and safe work instruction for the assigned task.
We are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in any field
Good command of both spoken and written English
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of terminal system is a plus.
Self-disciplined, hands on, and able to work both with team and independently
Computer literacy especially MS-Office (Word, Excel and Power point)
Innovative and analytical skill
