Senior Executive - Demand Planning
Job Description :
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive supplier performance, reliability, and service excellence.
Manage supplier communications, purchase orders, and supply coordination to ensure timely product availability and resolve supply-related challenges proactively.
Ensure optimal product availability across stores and distribution centers while balancing inventory levels and working capital objectives.
Collaborate with Commercial, Logistics, Store Operations, and other cross-functional teams to align demand, supply, and business priorities.
Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, supplier performance, and operational effectiveness.
Candidate Profile :
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Retail, FMCG, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
