Senior Executive - Demand Planning

Job Description : 

  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive supplier performance, reliability, and service excellence.

  • Manage supplier communications, purchase orders, and supply coordination to ensure timely product availability and resolve supply-related challenges proactively.

  • Ensure optimal product availability across stores and distribution centers while balancing inventory levels and working capital objectives.

  • Collaborate with Commercial, Logistics, Store Operations, and other cross-functional teams to align demand, supply, and business priorities.

  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, supplier performance, and operational effectiveness.


Candidate Profile : 

  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in Supply Chain, Demand Planning,  Retail, FMCG, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
