Senior Executive ‐ Compliance and Administration - (MAS FEMOGRAPHY - DEHIWALA)

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our MAS - Femography Innovations team to oversee the Administration and Compliance functions by ensuring effective and efficient delivery of administrative services and compliance with organizational policies and standards. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out frequent discussions and reviews on Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) performance with senior management while driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Ensure that health and safety risks arising from organizational changes, projects, and operational activities are effectively assessed and that appropriate control measures are implemented.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze Health & Safety performance metrics, dashboards, and KPIs at organizational, departmental, and individual levels to support performance management and decision-making.
  • Conduct risk assessments in line with organizational and industry guidelines to identify workplace hazards and implement effective mitigation measures.
  • Implement, maintain, and continuously improve Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) Management Systems in compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, near misses, safety observations, and audit findings to identify root causes and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate internal, external, customer, and statutory HSE audits, ensuring timely closure of findings and compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Collaborate with divisional sustainability, compliance, and operational teams to support health, safety, and environmental initiatives while sharing best practices across locations.
  • Conduct safety awareness programs, emergency preparedness initiatives, evacuation drills, and employee training sessions to strengthen workplace safety culture.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, external organizations, industry bodies, and educational institutions to maintain compliance and benchmark best practices in occupational safety and health.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on Health, Safety, and Environmental performance to management, highlighting risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations while actively promoting a culture of safety, wellbeing, and environmental responsibility.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities related to the role as assigned by management from time to time.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Environmental Management, Occupational Safety & Health, or a related field.
  • Professional qualification in Occupational Safety & Health (NEBOSH, NIOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certification).
  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management within a manufacturing or corporate environment.
  • Sound knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, risk assessment methodologies, and statutory HSE requirements.
  • Strong incident investigation and root cause analysis skills.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HSE reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.

Skills Required
