KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the payroll process for Executive, Staff and team member employees.
Preparing statutory reports and submissions in a timely manner to help the management make decisions.
Manage EPF/ETF, Gratuity, Reports for all levels for the group.
Maintain the compliance requirements within the group and support compliance audits
Ensure adherence to organizational standards in areas such as MOS, SOPs, compliance standards, health and safety and 5S in all day today activities whilst assisting in relevant projects
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration
- 2 to 3 years of experience handling payroll
- Knowledge of compliance requirements
