Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to hold ownership of the technical aspects of the product by adhering to the critical path to achieve customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend Tech pack meeting, Sewing meeting (Optional) to ensure adherence to the critical path.
- Ensure patterns are created in alignment with the design intent and according to the pattern creation process upon receipt of the Tech pack.
- Timely communication with the stakeholders for technical clarification if required.
- Verify accuracy of patterns against samples whilst, identifying and addressing all technical issues.
- Make sure customer comments are accurately incorporated at each cycle to ensure achievement of the expected fit requirements.
- Ensure patterns are graded accurately according to the customer specifications.
- Ensure all samples meet the given specifications and standards prior to fitting and dispatching them to the Customer along with the relevant documents and Participate for the fit sessions, adhering to the fit protocols.
- Facilitate costing, Sampling and ordering processes by providing accurate patterns to ensure other relevant document in a timely manner.
- Contribute to factory engagement points (DRA,PDRA,FI) by providing accurate product related information and timely follow up on agreed actions.
- Coordinate all activities pertaining to the preparation of tech packs by liaising with relevant teams; on time and accurate document submission to the production.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Final year undergraduate in Textile Engineering or Textile and Clothing Technology or a Diploma holder in this field.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- IT literacy.
