We are seeking a highly proactive and strategic Senior Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This role operates at the center of a fast-paced, global organization and requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
As a trusted partner to the CRO, you will manage complex logistics, streamline operations, and ensure seamless execution across competing priorities. The ideal candidate is detail-obsessed, resourceful, and thrives in high-growth, high-intensity environments. You bring a strong sense of ownership, operate with urgency, and consistently deliver with precision and professionalism.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

  • Documentation and Communication: Handle routine correspondence and inquiries with precision. Communicate with Executives, managers and other across all levels of the organization while maintaining professionalism, tact and diplomacy in all interactions. Utilize business software applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) to prepare and format correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes.  

  • Calendar and Priority Management: Oversee and manage Executive calendars, scheduling and coordinating meetings across multiple calendars and time zones. Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate dynamic changes. 

  • Global Travel & Logistics: Arrange all aspects of international business travel including flights, hotels, transportation, visas, and permits. Develop and execute detailed travel itineraries with a focus on high-quality standards and logistical efficiency. Ensure seamless, high-quality travel experiences while adapting quickly to changes. 

  • Meeting and Event Logistics: Plan and coordinate logistics for executive meetings, offsites and events including agenda development, materials preparation, and on-site support. 

  • Operational & Strategic Support: Support and drive cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CRO, ensuring alignment, follow-through, and timely execution. rack action items, monitor progress, and help maintain momentum across key projects. 

  • Financial Collaboration: Collaborate with the finance team on budget tracking, expense management, and reporting. Process purchase requests, invoices, and expense reports accurately and on time.  

  • People & Culture Support: Partner with HR on recruiting, onboarding, and organizational updates. Help maintain a strong team culture within the broader sales organization. 

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

  • 8+ years of proven experience as Executive Assistant supportive C-level executives, preferably within a fast-paced and global environment. Experience within the cybersecurity industry a plus. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (calendaring), Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to structure and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently 

  • Responsive, open-minded, and able to switch gears at a moment’s notice 

  • Impeccable attention to detail 

  • Service-oriented, positive personality, and proactively anticipates needs without being asked or directed 

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 

  • Sound judgement and high integrity with ability to handle confidential information with discretion  

  • Ability to work in complex, fast-paced, and dynamic international work environment 

  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and travel as needed

The US pay range for this position is $110,000–$130,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum total target annual compensation for this role across all U.S. locations. The actual compensation offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.  

  

In addition to competitive compensation, this role includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible spending accounts (FSA), disability and life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, and a generous vacation policy.
