Position Title: Senior Executive Assistant / Senior PA

We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and well-organised Senior Executive Assistant to provide end-to-end administrative, coordination, and communication support to senior leadership. The role requires high ownership, discretion, flexibility, strong operational execution, and the ability to work in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments, while ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning of leadership operations.
1. Leadership Coordination & Daily Management
Act as the primary point of coordination for senior leadership.
Manage and coordinate email communication, calendar scheduling, daily agendas, meetings, reminders, follow-ups, and daily schedules.
Prepare briefing notes, task tracking, and daily action plans.
Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence on behalf of the senior authority, ensuring timely responses.
Prioritize communications and ensure effective follow-ups.
Draft, proofread, and send professional and official communications.
Maintain systematic records of communication and task tracking.
Plan, organise, and coordinate business meetings, leadership engagements, official events, and visits.
Accompany the senior authority for official work, business meetings, and events.
Manage confidential documents, record keeping, and systematic filing systems.
Ensure accurate data management and documentation tracking.
Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate between senior leadership, business teams, and external partners.
Support high-volume meetings, calls, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
Strong background in operations, executive support, or leadership assistance.
Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in email handling, calendar management, documentation, and MS Office tools.
Comfortable with high-volume calls, meetings, and coordination work.
Willingness to travel frequently during events and work extended hours when required.
High degree of confidentiality, discretion, maturity, and reliability.
