RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or related fields. MBA is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role, such as Department Director, or as an Executive Assistant to CEO in companies of a comparable scale.
Attitude: High level of confidentiality, integrity, decisiveness, and ability to work effectively under pressure.

- Support the CEO in developing the company’s vision, long-term strategy, and annual business plans.
- Analyze financial reports and market data to identify potential risks, business opportunities, and new investment prospects.
- Act on behalf of the CEO to monitor and follow up with Department Directors, including Sales, Marketing, HR, and Production, to ensure KPI achievement and timely execution.
- Directly support the resolution of operational bottlenecks and cross-functional issues between departments.
- Represent the CEO in working with strategic partners, VIP clients, and relevant authorities when required.
- Communicate the CEO’s directions to management levels, collect feedback, and ensure smooth information flow across the organization.
- Support or lead special projects as assigned by the CEO, including market expansion initiatives and organizational restructuring projects.
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, prepare meeting materials, and coordinate senior-level management meetings.
- Draft, review, and control documents, contracts, and related paperwork before submission to the CEO for approval.
