Our client is a fast-growing Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) Advertising and Media Solutions company, currently seeking an experienced candidate to lead and scale their commercial operations.
1. Strategic Advisory & Planning
  • Support the CEO in developing the company’s vision, long-term strategy, and annual business plans.
  • Analyze financial reports and market data to identify potential risks, business opportunities, and new investment prospects.
2. Operations Management & Supervision
  • Act on behalf of the CEO to monitor and follow up with Department Directors, including Sales, Marketing, HR, and Production, to ensure KPI achievement and timely execution.
  • Directly support the resolution of operational bottlenecks and cross-functional issues between departments.
3. Internal & External Relationship Management
  • Represent the CEO in working with strategic partners, VIP clients, and relevant authorities when required.
  • Communicate the CEO’s directions to management levels, collect feedback, and ensure smooth information flow across the organization.
4. Special Project Management
  • Support or lead special projects as assigned by the CEO, including market expansion initiatives and organizational restructuring projects.
5. Executive Secretary Support
  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, prepare meeting materials, and coordinate senior-level management meetings.
  • Draft, review, and control documents, contracts, and related paperwork before submission to the CEO for approval.


Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or related fields. MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role, such as Department Director, or as an Executive Assistant to CEO in companies of a comparable scale.
  • Skills:
    • Strong strategic thinking and system management capability.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and crisis-handling skills.
    • Fluent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Attitude: High level of confidentiality, integrity, decisiveness, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
