We are seeking an exceptionally skilled Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic operational partner to a global C-suite executive. This pivotal role blends complex global calendar and travel management with local leadership, acting as an operational anchor for our São Paulo office and client events. ResponsibilitiesMasterfully manage a complex global calendar, ensuring precision in scheduling and rescheduling across time zones.
Provide elite executive support, crafting high-stakes communications and correspondence with native-level English proficiency.
Design and coordinate comprehensive international travel itineraries, leveraging insider knowledge of hospitality and venues in key global locations.
Serve as the operational anchor for the São Paulo office, facilitating client events and local office management.
Offer cross-functional backup support to other executive assistants during peak demand periods.
Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality in all executive interactions and business dealings.
Proven track record of supporting global C-level or VP executives in high-pressure environments.
Experience managing complex logistical and calendar scenarios across multiple time zones.
Strong familiarity with global travel logistics and premium hospitality networks in major international capitals.
