The University Advancement Office (UAO) supports NTU’s giving mission by fostering meaningful relationships and strategic partnerships with philanthropists, alumni, business community partners, and corporations that result in goodwill and philanthropy towards education and research.
The Senior Executive, Annual Giving supports the planning and execution of annual giving campaigns that cultivate a broad-based culture of philanthropy among NTU’s students, alumni, faculty, and staff. The role is integral to delivering campaigns that engage donors across multiple channels, grow the University’s base of recurring givers, and connect donors meaningfully to NTU’s educational mission.
Key responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Coordination:
Support the end-to-end execution of annual giving campaigns including Graduation Giving, Student Giving, and Faculty & Staff Giving.
Coordinate campaign timelines, track milestones, and liaise with internal teams to ensure on-schedule delivery.
Assist in managing ambassador and volunteer programmes by coordinating outreach and tracking participation.
Donor Communications:
Draft and coordinate donor communications across email, social media, and print channels, including acknowledgement letters, campaign updates, and thank-you outreach.
Assist in organising donor engagement events and giving day activities to strengthen donor connection and retention.
Data Administration:
Maintain accurate donor and campaign records in the CRM system.
Pull standard campaign reports and compile data to support progress tracking, providing timely performance summaries for the team.
Vendor & Logistics Support:
Liaise with vendors for print, fulfilment, and digital campaign needs.
Assist in raising purchase orders, tracking invoices, and supporting event logistics for annual giving-related activities.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. Diploma holders with extensive years of relevant experience may be considered.
Prior exposure to higher education, non-profit, or advancement environments is an advantage.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, fundraising, events coordination, or a related field.
Ability to produce clear and engaging communications for diverse audiences.
Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Blackbaud CRM, is an advantage.
Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over assigned tasks.
Genuine interest in philanthropy, community building, or the higher education sector.
