The Singapore Centre for 3D Printing (SC3DP) offers a full range of additive manufacturing services, from design and infrastructure to production and validation. With advanced technologies such as topology optimization, generative design, and bioinspired design, SC3DP creates optimized products using a variety of novel materials and printing processes, including hybrid printing, post-processing, and emerging technologies. Sustainability is a top priority for SC3DP, which offers material development and control services that combine artificial intelligence, big data, and other digital tools for process optimization, as well as non-destructive testing for AM parts.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Centre, coordinating office activities, managing administrative processes, and ensuring effective support for faculty, research staff, and students.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide executive administrative support to the Executive Director, including managing schedules, coordination of meetings, and follow-up on operational matters.
Support the overall administration and daily operations of the Centre, ensuring efficient coordination of activities and smooth workflow.
Manage office IT and physical assets, including asset tracking, inventory management, and equipment allocation to support operational requirements.
Plan, coordinate, and execute Centre events, ensuring effective organisation, timely implementation, and successful delivery of outcomes.
Oversee event-related activities, including publicity and communications, preparation of presentation and event materials, logistical arrangements, and post-event follow-ups.
Develop and coordinate corporate communications materials, including newsletters, annual reports, and ad-hoc announcements.
Manage and maintain website content to ensure information is accurate, updated, and aligned with the Centre’s communication objectives.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline with relevant experience in administrative and operational support, preferably in a higher education, research, or corporate environment.
Proven experience in executive administrative support, office operations, asset management, and coordination of resources to support organisational needs.
Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, stakeholders, and operational activities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing reports, newsletters, presentations, corporate communications, and managing digital content platforms.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and service-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently while handling confidential information with discretion.
