Description

monday.com is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager, Elevate to drive the business impact of Elevate, working closely with Sales and Customer Success (CS) to target strategic accounts, drive registrations, and measure ROI. You’ll develop sales enablement materials, optimize event data and attribution models, and ensure alignment across teams to maximize event outcomes.

About Elevate:

Elevate is our flagship annual customer conference, bringing together monday.com users, product experts, and industry leaders for networking, learning, and innovation. It’s also a key business initiative aimed at driving customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.

About The Role
  • Lead the strategic development of GTM initiatives for Elevate, focusing on driving sales enablement, customer engagement, and measurable business outcomes
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to align Elevate strategies with key account priorities, ensuring targeted outreach and personalized engagement with high-value customers
  • Define and refine audience segments, strategic accounts, and messaging for Elevate to ensure alignment with GTM goals and overall business objectives
  • Develop sales enablement strategies and resources that empower Sales and CS teams to effectively engage with prospects and customers, driving registrations and post-event conversions
  • Develop data-driven insights to measure the business impact of Elevate, including metrics like new won deals, pipeline growth, ARR, retention, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Own the event attribution model, ensuring the proper tracking of Elevate-related activities and their correlation with business metrics like sales pipeline, revenue, and customer lifetime value
  • Create and implement new strategic event initiatives designed to drive more qualified registrations and align the program with the sales and customer success goals
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure Elevate delivers on its business objectives, providing insights, strategies, and resources that help drive success

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, go-to-market strategy, or sales enablement, with a preference for experience in the SaaS or technology industry
  • Proven success in aligning marketing and sales strategies, particularly in driving customer engagement, revenue growth, and retention through strategic initiatives
  • Strong expertise in sales enablement, with a focus on creating tools, resources, and strategies that directly support sales efforts and business development goals
  • Experience in defining and executing GTM strategies that drive measurable outcomes, rather than focusing on event production or marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop and optimize metrics to measure the success and impact of the event
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools to track and analyze business metrics and optimize strategies
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, including sales teams, executives, and customers, to drive business outcomes

What monday.com can offer you:
