We are seeking a Senior Escrow Assistant level professional to support our operations in a back-office environment with a strong focus on audit, compliance, and regulatory processes, including DFPI, State Escheatment, and federal escrow compliance requirements. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with advanced escrow knowledge who can independently manage complex tasks while ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards.
How You’ll Contribute
Perform a broad range of administrative support duties requiring strong knowledge of escrow policies and practices
Work independently to resolve diverse inquiries and issues
Prepare transaction documents, including closing statements, settlement statements, wraps, assignments, and mobile home files
Create, maintain, and track files, records, reports, and workflow
Respond to inquiries, gather information, and ensure timely issue resolution
Communicate effectively with all parties involved in transactions
Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members
Assist escrow offices with business development and customer service initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent
4+ years of directly related escrow experience
Proficiency in handling more complex residential transactions
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong experience with escrow transactions and processes
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze, compare, interpret, and process data accurately
Professional demeanor with a positive, service-oriented attitude
Working knowledge of company and/or client operating systems

Pay Range: $25.49 - $33.98 HourlyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
