* Define team targets, optimise sales workflows and participate in strategic outbound initiatives & campaigns
Your Vibe
* Master Degree in IT, business administration, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in ERP or complex B2B software solution sales, including hands-on management experience
* Goal-oriented, hands-on & proactive problem solver driven to achieve team revenue targets
* Strong business acumen and deep understanding of enterprise ERP workflows
* Fluent in Portuguese and English (at least C1 level). Spanish language as a plus
