Work Flexibility: Hybrid
As our Senior SAP Analyst, you will optimize our SAP HANA environment within Customer Care. Your responsibilities include understanding complex business processes, documenting requirements, and coordinating communication between business groups and IT teams to ensure effective technology solutions.
This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the Flower Mound, TX office.
What you will do:
- Application Support: Provide advanced SAP HANA support, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- System Testing: Execute functional test plans to validate ERP system changes and ensure seamless integration.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business partners and IT to troubleshoot and implement tailored solutions.
- Business Process Understanding: Collaborate with departments to document SAP processes, including guides and communication materials.
- System Configuration: Configure the ERP system to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Data Management: Enhance data practices within COMM Customer Care, addressing downstream impacts on Sales and Operations.
- System Requirements: Gather detailed ERP system requirements for new product development, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Data Analysis: Analyze internal and external data to drive insights, enhance processes, and inform business decisions.
- Training & Development: Design and deliver training to ensure effective adoption of new processes and system functionalities.
What you need:
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in SAP S4 HANA (commercial applications).
- Proven experience in application support, system testing, and business process analysis.
Preferred
- ERP implementation experience.
Travel Percentage: 10%
