What you'll be doing:
- Lead and manage environmental projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Conduct environmental assessments, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement environmental policies, procedures, and programs to promote sustainability and reduce environmental impact.
- Prepare and submit environmental reports, permits, and documentation to regulatory agencies.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on environmental issues to internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor and analyze environmental data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental considerations into business operations and projects.
- Stay updated on emerging environmental regulations, technologies, and best practices.
- Conduct training and awareness programs for employees on environmental policies and practices.
- Represent the organization in meetings with regulatory agencies, community groups, and other stakeholders.

We’d love to hear from you if:
- Prefer Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in environmental management or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using environmental management software and tools.
- Certification in environmental management (e.g., Certified Environmental Professional) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to promoting sustainability and environmental stewardship.
Compensation:
The annual base salary range for this role is from $XX to $YY, plus an annual target bonus of ZZ% of base salary.
