Investigate customer complaints using 8D and root-cause methods, coordinate supplier CAPA, support product development, maintain ERP and quality-system documentation, manage ISO 9001 audits, lead Kaizen initiatives, monitor KPIs, and train production staff.

Coordinates direct sales activities for existing and prospective accounts across Quebec and Ontario. Develops account plans, manages sales pipelines, forecasts revenue, recommends pricing, monitors margins and market activity, promotes products, builds customer relationships, and resolves complaints. The role requires prospecting, new business development, account coordination, packaging industry knowledge, bilingual French and English communication, and travel.

Requires manufacturing or warehouse experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, read manufacturing instructions, perform repetitive physical duties, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Provides on-site technical support to packaging customers, troubleshooting customer processes and investigating can and end failures. Serves as a packaging subject matter expert, handles complaints, containment, sorting, certifications, specifications, customer training, and statistical analysis. The role requires regular travel to customer and manufacturing locations, strong communication skills, and at least five years of relevant manufacturing, quality, R&D, or laboratory experience.

Own strategic account plans and profitable growth for tissue and towel packaging customers. Lead technical-commercial relationships, pricing, margin management, forecasting, commercial agreements, and account analytics. Partner with engineering, quality, operations, technology, supply chain, procurement, and finance to develop and commercialize products, resolve technical or commercial issues, and deliver customer value. The remote role is based in Southern California and requires at least 50% travel throughout the Pacific Northwest.
