Partners with country leadership on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, labor-law compliance, compensation, HR operations, and organizational change. Advises managers, manages complex employee matters, supports development and engagement initiatives, coordinates with global HR teams, and ensures consistent local application of HR policies and programs in Italy.

Develops and manages consensus demand forecasts across Sonoco plants using sales, statistical, and customer inputs. The role monitors forecast accuracy, bias, KPIs, targets, and actual results; collaborates with Sales, Finance, Operations, and global technology teams; supports S&OP, financial forecasting, budgeting, revenue planning, demand-planning system maintenance, and continuous process and model improvement.
