Your users are often internal employees, staff, and operational teams and your impact is seen by enabling better workflows, faster processes, fewer errors, and happier staff.
With your experience delivering digital experiences, you’ll contribute to sales, planning, and delivery activities, helping shape solutions that connect design excellence with technology outcomes. You’ll be part of a highly skilled, cross-functional team of designers, who are passionate about pushing boundaries, evolving best practices, and delivering great experiences. We’re looking for someone who thrives in this kind of environment, enjoys collaborating directly with clients to bring ideas to life, and is always curious about new techniques and approaches to elevate our work. As a Senior Enterprise UX Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of experience design at Merkle.

  • Translate insights into clear artefacts such as personas, user journeys, user flows, and service blueprints.
  • Plan and conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Facilitate workshops to generate ideas, align teams, and shape future-state experiences.
  • Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools such as Figma.
  • Create and evolve design systems that guide consistent experiences across large digital solutions.
  • Design user experiences across CRM platforms (primarily Salesforce), customer portals and CMS platforms.
  • Collaborate with developers, consultants and solution architects to ensure designs are technically feasible, consistent, and aligned with platform capabilities, user needs and business expectations.
  • Support growth and pre-sales activities through design input, prototypes, and client presentations.
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of our design frameworks, methods, and reusable IP.

  • You’re comfortable working in Agile or hybrid project environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • You enjoy running user research and usability testing, translating insights into actionable designs, and confidently presenting your work to stakeholders.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise platforms (CRM, ERP, CMS, Commerce, MarTech) is highly valued.
You support others and share your expertise to elevate the craft of experience design.
  • You’re innovative and pragmatic, you challenge assumptions, push the boundaries of experience design to solve real-world problems within complex technology environments.
